Schemai (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides the website at schemai.com, including free schema markup generators, educational guides, and premium PDF guides available for purchase. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of Our Free Tools and Content

Our generators and guides are provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. You are welcome to use the JSON-LD markup our generators produce on your own websites and those of your clients. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No Warranty on Generated Markup

Our tools and guides are provided “as is”. While we follow Google's structured data documentation closely, we do not guarantee that the markup you generate will produce rich results, rank your pages, or be free of errors. Search engines change their requirements regularly, and rich result eligibility is always at their discretion. You are responsible for validating and testing any markup — for example, with Google's Rich Results Test — before deploying it.

Premium PDF Guides

We sell premium PDF implementation guides. Prices are shown on the pricing page and payments are handled securely by Stripe. When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it within your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the PDF or its contents. Digital goods are delivered electronically after a successful payment.

Refunds

Because our guides are digital products delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If you experience a problem with your purchase — for example, a failed download or the wrong product — contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to put it right.

Intellectual Property

The Schemai name, branding, website design, written guides, and PDF content are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright. The JSON-LD markup you generate using our tools is yours to use freely. You may not copy or republish our guide content as your own.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schemai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, its tools, or its guides, including any loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
